winter break

oh what an awesome time this is...

knowing that you are all at work, surfing without permission, waiting for some day off for christmas while i'm here, at home, with the next week and a half of work-free time ahead of me...

oh, it's so nice. to wake up at 11:30, walk downstairs and sit on the couch, think about all the stuff i don't have to do, and smile.

but when i get back from break, i'll have another class on my hands...

maybe it's better to work without vacation...

i'd like to see where those numbers came from and who was polled... if they came legitimately from iraqis on the street, in places like fallujah, mosul, and sadr city, then that would be surprising...

i hope they're right, and that iraqis do have an optimistic point of view...
