i just watched ufc 70, and i have to say -- i have seen the most brutal knockout EVER!

i'll have about a month to play with it before fc7 comes out... then i'll play with that and see who will come out the official OS of glenmo...

commercial racism

now, commercials aren't supposed to be the catalysts for social change or anything like that, but i'd like to note something that bothers me:

i have never seen a white woman attracted to a black man in a commercial. EVER. i haven't noticed white women being attracted to other races, but i'll be more attentive now that i've noticed the previous situation.

i got the idea from a tag commercial (or was it axe?), which i actually find pretty well done. it's the new pow-chuka-wowow campaign (70's porn music reference), and a black woman doing her grocery shopping gets all freaky in the middle of the store, staring at a (black) produce guy. it's pretty good... but it just made me think...
